The 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pragati Life Insurance Limited held on September 28, 2017 at Trust Milonayaton, Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka. The Chairman of the Company Khalilur Rahman presided over the meeting. The shareholders unanimously approved 8% Cash Dividend and 17% Stock Dividend for the year 2016.
Directors Syed M. Altaf Hussain, Mohammed Abdul Awwal, Tabith M. Awal, Md. Shafiur Rahman, Tafsir M. Awal, Mohammed Abdul Hamid, Syed Muhammad Jan, Muhammad Jamaluddin, Dr. Rashed Al Mahmud Titumir and CEO Md. Jalalul Azim were also present in the AGM. Moreover, a large number of shareholders were also present in the meeting. Company Secretary Mozammel Hossain, ACA conducted the meeting.
